How does the interview simulator work?
Our simulator uses advanced AI to generate questions and real-time voice for a natural conversation. Choose between HR, Technical, or Managerial interviewer, with 3 difficulty levels and STAR method coaching. Afterwards, receive a detailed analysis with scoring and suggested answers.
How does the CV optimization work?
Our AI analyzes structure, keywords, and ATS formatting, restructures your resume following recruitment best practices, and automatically quantifies achievements. Upload in PDF or Word and download optimized in PDF or Word.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time without penalties. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
What languages is it available in?
The entire platform is available in English and Spanish. Language is selected during registration and can be changed from your profile. The interface, AI prompts, interviews, and messages fully adapt to your chosen language.
Can I track my progress over time?
Yes. My Performance is an in-app dashboard that aggregates all your interviews, shows per-category scores, weekly trends, and a personalized AI-generated recommendation for your next session. Available on Career Accelerator and above.
Are my practice interviews recorded?
Yes. Every session is recorded automatically and stored securely (encrypted). You can play back, download, or delete your recordings from My Performance. Retention depends on your plan: 30 days on Career Starter, 12 months on Accelerator, unlimited on Executive Edge.
Can I sign up with Google or LinkedIn?
Yes. We offer Google and LinkedIn login in addition to traditional email signup. We only use your public profile to create the account — we never store your credentials or long-lived access tokens.
What is the Panel Interview?
It's a simulation with multiple interviewers at the same time, ideal for final rounds and assessment centers. The panel combines HR, Technical, and Managerial styles with distinct voices, and at the end you get scoring broken down per interviewer. Available on Executive Edge only.
Is there in-app support if I have questions?
Yes. Inside the app there's a smart assistant available from the sidebar that instantly answers any question about plans, services, steps, or errors, grounded in our official manual.
What is "My Processes"?
It's your job search command center. Each application is grouped into a process that bundles: tailored CVs, practice interviews, skill gap analyses, multiple interview dates, and notes. You get 4 views (list, kanban, grid, calendar) and per-process AI recommendations. Included on all plans.
How does the Skill Gap Analyzer work?
Paste a LinkedIn URL or job description text. The AI extracts required skills (weight ×1.0), preferred (×0.5) and ATS (×0.25), compares them against your CV and returns a fit score (0-100), matched/missing badges, and actionable suggestions with validated URLs. Available on all plans; each analysis draws from your AI-credit budget.
Can I record my interview on video?
Yes, on Executive Edge. Toggle it in step 1 of the wizard and your camera + mic are automatically recorded with echo cancellation. The player shows your video and the AI interviewer's audio in sync. 720p/30fps quality, up to 500 MB, encrypted storage.
What is Body Language Analysis?
We process your video with computer vision + AI to evaluate 5 dimensions: posture, eye contact, expressions, gestures, and energy. When we detect an issue, we show you the exact frame of the worst moment, an explanation with concrete data (slouch %, eye contact %, etc.) and 2-3 recommendations. If no issues, you see a positive empty state. Executive Edge only (processes ~2 min after the interview).
Why was "My Progress" renamed to "My Performance"?
To avoid the "My*/My*" visual collision in the sidebar after promoting "My Processes" to the main menu. The /my-progress URL, bookmarks, and historical analytics stay the same — only the visible label changed.
What are "AI credits" and why did they replace "service uses"?
Before, every service had its own cap (10 ATS analyses/month, 10 interviews/month, etc.). Now each plan ships with a single AI credit budget covering EVERY AI-powered service: interview analysis, CV optimization, skill gap suggestions, process recommendations, etc. 1 credit = $0.0001 of AI cost; 100 credits = 1¢; 10,000 credits = $1. Career Starter ships 500 credits per 30 days, Career Accelerator 10,000/month, and Executive Edge 30,000/month. Voice minutes stay on their own quota — they don't consume credits.
Can I paste URLs that aren't from LinkedIn?
Yes. Since 2026-05-25 the job extractor works with any public HTTPS URL: LinkedIn, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, corporate sites... The AI automatically detects the job posting content and returns description, requirements, and job title. Applies to Tailor CV, Interview Practice, Panel Interview, Skill Gap, and creating a process in "My Processes".
What happens after I optimize my CV (CV Optimizer, Tailor CV, Build CV)?
All three services use the same unified ATS engine. You receive (1) your optimized CV in an inline editor with yellow highlighting on every [PLACEHOLDER] you should fill in, (2) an estimated ATS score against 3 personas (legacy ATS, modern ATS, AI-powered CRM), (3) an audit panel with detected keywords, format risks, applied optimizations, and gaps for you to address. The anti-fabrication protocol guarantees the AI never invents metrics: if data is missing, it marks it with [ADD METRIC: ...] or [ADD DETAIL: ...] for you to complete.
