What is a job interview simulator?
It's a way to rehearse the interview before the real one. A virtual interviewer asks you the questions for the role, you answer out loud the way you would with a recruiter, and when you finish you see what worked and what to change. The difference from reading a list of questions is that here you answer by speaking, which is how the real interview happens.
Is the interview simulator free?
Yes, to get started. When you create your account you get 20 free interview minutes, no credit card required, which is enough for several short practice sessions. If you want to practice more each month, the paid plans add minutes and services.
Can I practice a job interview in English?
Yes. You choose the language before you start: English or Spanish. Practicing in English helps most if you translate in your head while you speak, because it makes you answer out loud and at your own pace, before the interview counts.
Are the questions tailored to the job I'm applying for?
Yes. Paste the link to the job posting (LinkedIn, Workday, Lever or the company's website) or the job description, and the questions come from what that role asks for. You also choose the interviewer type —HR, Technical or Managerial— and the difficulty: Easy, Medium or Hard.
Does it help me prepare for a phone or video interview?
Yes. Practice is by voice, just like a recruiter's screening call, so you rehearse exactly what counts on that call: how you sound, how long you go on, and whether you close each answer with a result.
